R&M supports its clients in a range of "front-end," and operational service areas such as the following:

• Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I and II): regulatory agency records review, aerial photography review, site reconnaissance, field sampling, and remedial investigations. All Environmental Site Assessments are completed in accordance with ASTM methods.
• Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies (RI/FS): defining the nature and extent of site contamination and evaluating various technologies and technology combinations for cost-effective site cleanup.
• Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Management: tank testing, removal, installation, and leak detection system installation and maintenance.
• Environmental Protection and Regulatory Compliance Support: permitting, storm water management, waste minimization and compliance audits, and preparation of various reports required by regulatory agencies.
• Multimedia Environmental Sampling: including design and implementation of routine groundwater compliance monitoring programs.
• Miscellaneous Support Studies: including hydrogeological modeling, treatibility studies, technical and economic assessment of new treatment systems and technologies, and expert testimony.
